The situation for many existing homeowners forced to sell their property fast for cash because of the unmanageable mortgage debt is even worse for first-time buyers. It is predicted by a national advisory unit that homes will be completely out of their reach unless more affordable properties are built. But such schemes are in the far future, and in the meantime those left struggling with astronomically high mortgages can find they have no other option but to sell home for cash quickly.
